...but for now, the event was excellent for a number of reasons, my character wasn't for a number of different ones, and I finally got to deliver Free At Last IC and in-context after seven years of waiting.

It could have been a lot worse, and a lot better. Full talkdown on the event and the character, and his jounal entry, to arrive in time, but for now, chinese food.
