It's not getting noticed I worry about (though that's hugely nice to hear) - if I do, great - it's more about feeling happy in terms of what I'm doing with the guy. He's a pleasant, affable, relatively talkative character - he should be getting round an awful lot more than he is, even this early in his career.

Also, you never seemed to be at a loose end - you were either IC (which would have been rude), or organising something (which would have been iritating). Thank you very much in any event.
