I think they'd all take little bits of my job better (Senior Quality Technician - what does that even mean?) :
Lilium - Would enjoy the new product development side best. There's a desk under all of those papers and folders and bottles and... what even is that? It's all in chronological order though, so it's fine. Constantly feeling so very out of her depth though, and I'd imagine she'd end up wombling into a high level job without much effort until she woke up one day and went wtf?
Fran - Would enjoy training other people. There's a Quality Management System for a reason people! Follow it or she'll have to use the hard copy. It's a folder half a foot thick.
Dolly - Would "enjoy" the hygiene audit especially, and food safety and hygiene in general. The audit should take about 2 hours and I imagine it being more like 2 days. Still, the smell of bleach is the sign of a job well done. Caustic cleans don't really have as much of a smell.
