How would you moderate the downtime communications? How would you introduce risk into downtime actions to balance our any games that could be made? How do you keep people involved in downtime not getting unbalanced with those who can't? How do you deal with time when only parts of the club or busy or might not have the net access (exams and holidays)? When is the cut off point in which no more downtime is allowed to give GM's a chance to write the games, and put up the debriefs?

Most importantly how do you balance so that the most important events are those that happen during the larps themselves - we are a larp society afterall, that's what we joined to do?

It's not a simple problem.
