They did a special Valentines menu, which was as good as the carte, with a fillet of beef that must have been cooked for about three seconds in a pan at approximately a thousand degrees. The outside was beautifully seared, the inside just about not raw. Just the way we both happen like it.

It was an excellent fillet of beef.
