if it is TL... currently we are reworking the shire to fit character concepts. Yes there is a limit to how much it can stretch before it breaks the proposed campaign area, but then we'll ask that that character background comes from outside the area. we hope that we can accomodate 50% of the current club, and 75% of the new intake.
if it is LT... it's more of a problem, as so much is changing. I do think that only a talkative character will get anywhere this year, because a quiet character will never find out there's a cataclysm happening.
