As Per Last Year...
...my education of my fiancee (oh hell yeah) in the ways of musical theatre returns.
Last year, a pretty much successful trip went up to London to see Les Miserables, taking quite a few people along for the ride. This year, the same open invitation goes out once again, to join us at the only show that I think is better.
Who's up for Phantom Of The Opera?
Currently I'm looking at "a day" in March, that will likely be either a Friday night or a Saturday afternoon (probably a Saturday afternoon). If I can get at least ten people (we managed that last time with no trouble, but ten is the minimum), tickets will be £34.50 each for the best seats in the house (they only do best seats for group bookings).
While last year's trip to Hackney to see Chis Naden and his pub was great fun, I agree it was someting of a mission and would propose this time that if we were to do a Saturday afternoon trip, if enough people were up for it, a reastaurant could be booked somewhere nearer the theatre (there are lots of places within walking distance of HMT) for those who had nowhere to be and wanted to continue the day.
This is, at the moment, merely a "would you be interested" post. Please reply below if you are, and if you know there are any days in March you can't do.
