So, Not Ready...

...let's go through the list of what I have neglected to get my ass sufficiently in gear to come up with in time for Winter In The Willows this weekend:
The business trademark, a group-specific coded language, campfire stories, blood, baked goods, more than 100 words of bio, impact strategy, sense of purpose, half the sheathes for my daggers, working knowledge of the rules, membership of the LJ community (which now seems a little pointless), the song I started writing, the poem I started writing, the stories I started writing, trinkets for trading, an alchemy kit, a teapot, a tea caddy, tent dressing, IC writing material, glasses, sunglasses, and the remote belief that I will achieve more than making an abject nuisance of myself and getting myself killed in the first five minutes.
When put up against the list of things I have managed to do, I think it's fair to say I might be a tad underprepared.
This feels like the Maelstrom affair all over again, the only difference being that this time I'm well aware how epically I'm going to fail.
