...the fact you took out a product you didn't understand a long time ago with a different company, curiously enough, is neither my fault nor my problem.

The fact I stood my ground and repeated that I couldn't do something that I genuinely couldn't do for you does not give you the right to assume I don't know my job description.

The fact that I am a doctor of the sciences probably means I have a decent handle on these terms and conditions. None of the products or processes this company has anything to do with challenge my intellect, something that is obviously not the case with you.

The fact that our account administration team doesn't have a phone number accessible to customers is fucking stupid, I agree. Doesn't mean I'll create one out of thin air to make you happy.

The fact you took the time to write in and complain about my conduct, and then come in the next day and spend ten minutes eyeballing me while I'm on the phone, suggests you're a petty minded little tosser with too much time on your hands.

The fact you got the diplomatic manager you did, rather than the one who was all for physically throwing you out of the building?

That means you got lucky.
