...bloody non-functioning chemistry experiements.

Rather than the useful, productive day I was due to have today, I am once again reduced to sitting here, reading the odd paper and chatting on MSN, as I have nothing practical to be doing - because my reaction bollocksed itself up. Wasn't me - it did it itself. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
I can't afford to lose days like this - I don't have remotely enough time left to be sitting around waiting for experiments to finish.

But anyway...

My Digital Blasphemy calendar showed up today, so I get to enjoy exquisitely rendered images all year that I would normally have to buy a site membership to get. The free gallery is all well and good - there are loads on there and it's constantly updating, but the members gallery has some simply miraculous stuff that I would love to get hold of. I can see myself buying membership now, probably as a direct result of this. Damn - shouldn't have extolled the virtues of it quite so much. I'd reccommend you have a look, but you might find yourself getting drawn in as well. Only go if you can afford it.

I have finally ordered Juilin's hat and gloves, but I still need to find his fluffy bag in time for next Sunday. I think the sock puppets are going to be pushing me for time, so they'll get left, but I want to have the accessories for his winter wardrobe this week. It's possibly the last time he'll go out in bad weather.

I've just realised that by one or another, I have four major theatre trips lined up this year - with three different groups of people. Nice to see that I'm getting back into the swing of it - I do so enjoy watching skilled people do a job well.

Fair enough...and dreaming of joining them.
