Juilin doesn't exist any more, and I have other things to be writing for the moment, but I would be interested in doing this for the sake of experimentation in the near future. I would ask, however, that you write a backplot for a hypothetical character rather than one of your own - as I said, I don't like telling someone how their character should be different.
